Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Bilgitransferi Teknoloji Mühendislik Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ticaret A.Ş. ("Şirket", "biz") tarafından arya-ai markası altında ve arya-ai.com üzerinden sunulan hizmetlerin kullanımını düzenler. Sitemizi veya Hizmetlerimizi kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Hizmetler, kurumsal kullanıcılara yönelik karar zekası ve operasyonel otomasyon çözümleri sunmaktadır. Hizmetleri yalnızca yürürlükteki yasalara uygun, meşru ticari amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz.
Belirli özellikler için bizimle iletişime geçmeniz veya kayıt formu doldurmanız gerekebilir. Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz olması sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Site ve Hizmetlere ait tüm içerik (yazılım, tasarım, metin, logo, marka, görseller dahil) Şirket'in mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakları, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları kapsamında korunmaktadır. Açık yazılı izin olmadan kopyalanamaz, dağıtılamaz, türev eserler oluşturulamaz.
Detaylı liste için Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım Politikası'na bakınız. Özetle: yasadışı içerik, sızma girişimleri, ölçeklendirilmiş veri toplama (scraping), kötü amaçlı yazılım yayma yasaktır.
Hizmetler "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Şirket; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan (kar kaybı, veri kaybı, iş kaybı dahil) sorumlu değildir.
Site, üçüncü taraf web sitelerine bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu sitelerin içeriği veya politikalarından Şirket sorumlu değildir.
Bu Koşulları ihlal ettiğinizi tespit etmemiz halinde Hizmetlere erişiminizi önceden bildirim yapmaksızın askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler sitemizde duyurulur; Hizmetleri kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel sürümü kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları uygulanır. Doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Merkez (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided under the arya-ai brand by Bilgitransferi Teknoloji Mühendislik Yönetim Danışmanlığı Ticaret A.Ş. ("Company", "we") through arya-ai.com. By accessing the site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Services provide decision intelligence and operational automation solutions for business users. You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes consistent with applicable law.
Certain features may require you to contact us or submit a registration form. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
All content within the site and Services (including software, design, text, logos, trademarks and visuals) is the property of the Company and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices.
